Onefly, Waszp et IMCA
The foil dinghies appeared a few years ago within the Yacht Club of Cannes, notably during the investment of two Onefly. Like the Wazp and the Moth IMCA, it is a foil dinghy requiring a sustained practice of sailing.
The Cannes Yacht Club sailing school currently owns 2 Oneflys, known as "Fast" FRA27 and "Furious" FRA28 and completes the fleet of 6 other dinghies with those of 4 other members.
Another member is sailing a Wazsp while 3 are enjoying an IMCA Moth.
The Yacht Club of Cannes organized the first National Onefly in 2021 where Wazsp and IMCA were invited.
